It’s always an honor to capture a wedding day at Lavender Oaks Farm, such a wonderful property with many photo opportunities.

We start off Brooke and Ethan’s wedding day in the getting ready suites located at Lavender Oaks Farm. For the ladies a well lit and spacious room within the main barn with plenty of mirrors to work on makeup and hair.

Getting Ready

As I’m capturing the Bride and her attendants my second photographer has joined the guys as they get ready in the lodge on site.

As the couple continued to get ready I took the special details the bride had gathered to capture them in a carefully arranged flat lay with touches of flowers and lavender.

Details

Ceremony

Once the details are finished it’s time for the ceremony. The bridal party walks down to an acoustic guitar and one of the bride’s good friends singing.

Brooke had the biggest smile on her face as she walked down the aisle to Ethan.

Ethan couldn’t help but smile back and shed a few tears as his beautiful bride approached.

The first kiss and the couple kisses once more as they walk back up the aisle.

Brooke and her brother re-create a photo that they enjoy taking together.

Couples Photos

This part of the land is unfortunately not part of Lavender Oaks Farm but still made for a beautiful portrait.

Reception

Once the couple’s portraits are finished it’s time to welcome them into their reception space!

Brooke and Ethan added a special touch to their centerpieces, bar codes to donate to foster pets in need!

Guests could scan the codes and choose to give to or even adopt pets without homes.

Once the couple arrives to their Reception space they begin their first dance as husband and wife.

Together they cut their wedding cake. Small wedding cakes are becoming increasingly popular.

The night continues with dancing and drinking in celebration of the newlyweds.

And finally, the night ended with the couple’s sparkler exit, a beautiful end to a beautiful day.
