On a sunny day at Merrimon-Wynne House, Edgar and Katherine said yes to one another for all of their days.
I hope they will enjoy their wedding photos for many years to come. The way they let every part of themselves shine through on their wedding day was beautiful.

They each spent the morning surrounded by friends and family in the getting-ready suites.
Katherine, the bride, gave gifts to her bridesmaids, her soon-to-be mother-in-law, and her grandmother-in-law. Edgar, the groom, carefully adjusted his groomsmen’s ties and helped them get ready before they came together to pray for him.

Handheld fans, pearl earrings, gift boxes, all the pretty little details. In contrast, the groom’s camera, watch, and cologne on the hardwood floors of Merrimon-Wynne.

They held their ceremony in both Spanish and English, as they are bilingual, and beyond culture, Jesus was at the center of it all. They gave glory to Jesus Christ throughout their wedding day, from start to finish.

While guests mingled during cocktail hour, the Bride and Groom captured portraits with their newly joined family, the bridal party, and each other.

Since they aren’t a huge fan of cake, and Edgar loves cheesecake, they did a custom tiered wedding cheesecake decorated in baby’s breath (food safe) and an adorable salt and pepper shaker for their cake topper

For their wedding, they chose to play clean music in both English and Spanish, and the dance floor stayed crowded throughout the night!

With the sun set and the dance floor winding down, we snuck away for the last of the couple’s wedding photos. When they picked Merrimon-Wynne House, Edgar had a vision for stairway photos from above. I loved bringing his vision to life, framing them from above with the stairway.

If you’re trying to decide between a bubble or sparkler exit, you could copy Edgar and Katherine’s wedding and do both!
