Your engagement photos do not have to be streamlined; you can have the vacation photoshoot experience with the convenience of not booking a flight, even when it’s cold outside.

That’s where hotel engagement photos come in!

Hotel engagement photos are sultry, intimate, and you can make them as adventurous or as laid-back as you’d like.

For this particular shoot, I had the couple begin by getting ready at the hotel. It was so relaxing, slow-paced, and it gave them time to breathe.

Besides renting the hotel room for their photoshoot, I also gathered props like newspapers to create some classic portraits. Worried about styling? No worries there, I helped style the couple, giving them a color scheme to follow and picking out their main pieces.

While you could take the adventurous side for this photoshoot, this couple stayed in the hotel for a cozy evening together.

Their touch of adventure was to run down the halls together and have a little make-out session, but you could go bigger or smaller depending on your comfort level.

They ended the night back in the hotel room, heels off, tie undone; these were some of the most relaxed photos I’ve ever taken.
