Abbey and Justin’s Wedding at The Merrimon Wynne House was a perfect day in May filled with loved ones and a perfect wedding team.

I started the day capturing the details the bride had set aside for me.

Great tip: For your smaller wedding details set them aside the day of in a shoebox to keep them together for your wedding photographer.

Father of the Groom helps Justin get his boutonnière on.

Wedding details can include rings, jewelry, your invitations, ring box, shoes, accessories, garter,

your dress, your bouquet, his boutonnière, and anything else you feel is important and you want to remember through photos!

The Groom takes turns toasting beers with his Dad and the Bride’s Dad.

There are several ways your details can be commemorated, here the bride had me

capture the pendants with pictures of her mom that would be on her bouquet.

Time for detail photos also include other parts of your day like the guest book or a bottle of Moscato

Abbey, the Bride chose soft blues, whites, and greens for her wedding. Her color selection was perfect for

The Merrimon-Wynne House with its classy bridal suite and touches of outdoor greenery.

The Groom’s mother does the honor of zipping up Abbey’s dress.

Final touches.

The Bride’s first look with her bridesmaids ended in a touching moments of hugs, laughter, and trying not to cry.

Next was the Bride’s first look with her dad as the bridesmaids looked on from above.

Dad tried his best to keep it together but once he turned around to see his little girl, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

The tears only fell faster once she showed him the pendants with pictures of her mom on her bouquet.

This is a beautiful and touching way to carry loved ones who can’t be there with you throughout your day.

Abbey’s moment to shine for her bridal pictures and shine she did.

The Merrimon-Wynne House has a plethora of locations and rooms for the many parts of

your wedding day, here Abbey and Justin share a first touch around a corner.

Almost time to start the Ceremony!

The time has come to give her away, Dad gives the Bride one last kiss as he gets ready to walk her down the aisle.

The ceremony touched on parts of Abbey and Justin’s relationship, the good, the bad, and the funny.

Cheers erupted from the guests as the two of them shared their first kiss as Husband and Wife.

As the ceremony comes to an end the bridal party exits stage left to prepare for photos.

My personal favorite part of the day, Bride and Groom portraits. A time for the Bride and Groom

to breathe, enjoy one another, and capture their love on this special day.

I loved wandering the grounds of the Merrimon-Wynne House as we finished Abbey and Justin’s

portraits. Inside or outside this classy venue had plenty to offer and the bride and groom made

my job easy with how playful and easy-going they were.

After their portraits, Mr. and Mrs. are announced into the reception area to begin their first dance.

Dad continued to have us all tearing up with their touching Father-Daughter dance.

Next, toasts were made. There’s always a variety of touching, hilarious, and cheeky speeches especially when you give the mic to both the dads!

Cake cutting and cake eating, thankfully no cake smearing.

The Classy get-away car for the end of Abbey and Justin’s wedding.

Guests cheered and held sparklers as the Bride and Groom made their exit. Sparklers are a super

popular send-off prop, about 90% of my weddings have sparkler exits!

Ending the night with a kiss and off to Hawaii the very next day to start their honeymoon!
